Mr. Zhang Chao (Mr. James) is an administrative staff in International College. He graduated with a master’s degree in English language and literature from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, specializing in translation theory and practice. He has been devoted to international student administration in Hubei University for four years. 

Mr. Zhang Chao (Mr. James) is capable of dealing with various sorts of situations concerning study and everyday life of international students--from admission procedures, student registration, visa application, accommodation, scholarship application, purchasing insurance, to organizing Chinese cultural activities and class arrangements. Now he is primarily focused in handling student affairs such as admission procedures, scholarship application, study assistance and organizing social and campus activities for international students.
